Number 20 ranked Nebraska provided the Holiday Bowl with the first shutout in its 32-year history, making mincemeat out of the 22nd ranked Arizona Wildcats with a 33-0 drubbing.
While Suh on defense may not have had his best game, his presence allowed rest of the Husker Blackshirts to keep AZ QB Nick Foles dirty, and holding the Wildcats to just six first downs, and 109 yards of offense.
Nebraska scored 75 seconds in on a Zac Lee 4-yard run and never looked back following the set-up, a 37-yard interception by safety Matt O'Hanlon, who would make a total of three picks on the night. Alex Henery kicked four field goals for a Holiday Bowl record.
The Huskers ended the season 10-4 and have much to look forward to in 2010.
